"Probably the best hotel you can get in Wittenberg. Two minutes walking to the Schlosskirche, two minutes to the St Marien Kirche, five minutes to the train station, ten minutes to the Melanchthon/Lutherhaus and plenty of great restaurants right outside the front door. For anyone visiting Wittenberg, this is definitely the place."

"Very pleasant stay, all too brief. Pension is very unusual, well equipped rooms around a garden courtyard, and seats to enjoy beautiful garded. Welcoming staff. Lovely breakfast."

"I wish I could tell more about this place. The location was beautiful but upon our arrival around 5pm there was no one at the facility to check us in. We had just flown into Berlin from the US and then driven to the locationand did not have phones that work in the country. We reached out through the Expedia app but did not get a response... It is almost a week later and we still have not received a response. Using the wifi from the parking lot we found a place to stay at a local Airbnb. We are a family traveling and we do not speak the language. It was incredibly frightening not having cell phones that work to call places as well as not knowing where your family was going to sleep for the night. The hotel looked beautiful from the outside, but we could not stay and were told we would not be receiving a refund which is rather disappointing. Perhaps this would be a good stay for someone local, but I would not recommend if coming from it if country as communication is very poor."

"Arrived at 8pm and they kept the kitchen open for us despite it being a bank holiday so that we could eat. Nice room, nice surroundings. Only negative was a not very clean bathroom floor. "

"We loved our trip to Wittenburg which was a beautiful little town on the Elbe. This hotel was conveniently located, and the breakfast was great. I would probably stay somewhere else next time, only because the rooms were small and it was noisy next to the train tracks and main road and people would stand outside talking and smoking so it was hard to sleep with the window open."
