"Hotel advertised airport shuttle but when contacted day before trip none was provided. Also swimming pool was not operational. Self service laundry was available and rooms were clean. Staff was helpful and courteous."

"Great place to stay when your going to be spending time at disneyland the free buses all day where amazing. Hotel was beautiful. Honestly would highly recommend. The fact that we where able to easily get to the other 2 disney hotels was great. Exploring the other resorts and there restaurants."

The highlight was definitely the hospitality; when the staff discovered we were celebrating our honeymoon, they surprised us with a lovely cake! It was such a thoughtful, personal touch. "Great hotel and great value for the price. The hotel is situated in the suburbs of Hong Kong, and I chose this hotel because it was close to where my friends lived. If it not close to Kowloon or HK Island, but it is easily accessible by transit, although it would take at least 30 minutes during off peak times. The hotel is modern, comfortable and clean. Wifi worked very well and my room was spacious. The staff were generally friendly and the service was good. The complimentary breakfast had good variety, with a generous mix of western and Asian dishes. The free shuttle was convenient, but it didn't come at regular intervals, so one had to check the schedule regarding service. I was not able to make use of the shuttle on this stay, but it would have been convenient if timing had worked out. Laundry facilities were good, but the cost per use was a bit pricey ($40 HKD). The rooftop pool and the gym facility was good, although I only had a look and was not able to make use of it on this trip. Overall, I had a good stay and would stay at this property again in the future. "
