โIt was amazing.staff excellent especially Arti,Druga, Krishna,and Ganesh.Each and everyone including the rest of staff were polite and extemely prompt in services rendered.They made my stay a pleasure.Will be back again.โ
โBed is not at all comfort and the bathroom is not clean and very kiddy. Bath tissues are completely damped and dried. Breakfast was not served appropriately and had to wait for 30 mins for the refill, whatever has been refilled is sufficient for 1 person when there are 3 people waiting for breakfast. Packaged Water is complimentary and not provided unless askedโ
โI booked this stay using hotels.com and got a confirmation number. When I had to call this particular property to let them know that I was running late and wanted to make sure that the room is still held by the time I went, the customer service automated response system asked for confirmation number. The number I got from hotels.com is different from what they expect and hence I had to send a person to make sure that the room is held.
