"1人で泊まるなら十分なホテルです。 スタッフ不在でも不便さは感じませんでした。 お風呂で天然温泉に入れる・ドリンクバー・駐車場の外出中コーンは良いです。バス/トイレ別ですしアメニティにも満足できました。 マイナス面としては、お風呂に掃除漏れの髪の毛・欠けたマグカップ・充電器です。 特に充電器ですが、Lightning以外のType-CとMicroBはスマホカバーや形状によっては奥まで入らず充電器できません。 なお、エレベーターは無く階段も一段ずつが若干高めなので、足の悪い方やお子様には大変かもしれません。"

"Really enjoyed our short stay and visiting this area. Walkable distance from the station and lake. A full Japanese-style breakfast was beautifully presented with some alternatives also on offer - fruit, eggs, bacon etc. We visited in May when the hotel and Suwa generally were very quiet so we were able to enjoy the hotel facilitie - the modern reception area and onsen. Good size room with twin beds. Go for one with a lake view if possible."
