The property was clean and quiet, the staff was polite and nice. The only thing that worries me is their request for a credit card when I had already paid through Expedia. They took my card information, including the card number and CVC number, which I think is not secure. I personally blocked my card and asked my bank for a new one, which is a waste of my time.

We initially had a heating problem in the first room so they gave us a new room. Then the tv wouldn’t work properly so they came and fixed but we could only get one channel, PBS. Toilet seat was broken. The room was clean but old and tired looking. Needs totally renovated. Noisey from upstairs and outside. Staff were friendly and tried their best. Bed was clean and comfortable.

The outside of the building is deceiving as the condition of the room was excellent and up to date. It was very clean and the service was excellent. We came to Kamloops for a medical appointment and were given a discount. Would definitely stay again.
