This is an old hotel that has been allowed to run down. However, for the price, you can't beat it. The part that is open is fine and it is convenient to most of the city. Not real amenities.

The front desk was really impolite and unprofessional. The place doesn’t not look like the picture plus their service is awful. Wouldn’t recommend it even though it seems cheap, it not worth it.

We stayed at the hotel, we made the reservation through the Expedia platform, I stayed with my wife and 3-year-old child. The conditions are tragically unsanitary, it doesn't really matter to us that everything is old, but everything here is very dirty, the room smells like some kind of stable, we are forced to stay here, because we arrived late at night, and it is unrealistic to find another hotel, because the money for the night has already been spent in the Hoteldom on this, in my opinion, barn. I would like to receive compensation for this, because in my opinion it poses a risk to the health of my child. Such establishments should not be on your platform, in general, such establishments should not exist.

I have never in my life seen such a terrible room. Walls were filthy the roof in the bathroom was caving in so so dirty. We didn’t stay. We left the keys at the desk I was so itchy after stepping foot in that place. Do not go there.

I have noticed that the propert and hotel staff are very enthusiastic about guests bringing their pets! The family unit is kept together.

The hotel doesn’t offer any room cleanings though their page says they do, not once during a 9 day stay! Our sheets were dirty when we checked in, As was the room in various areas! The building is partly burnt down. The recreational area is littered with dog poop. The staff was rude and not knowledgeable at all.

Absolute worst ! Stay away

This slum hotel in Kamloops was absolutely appalling. It was so dirty, run down, in ill repair with one ground unit showing fire damage. The pictures and reviews are completely false. The pool had no water, (July) The only thing this hotel has going for it is a prime view location. It is too bad they don’t appreciate it by making this a decent hotel. Cobwebs, moths in room, dirty carpets, floors, corners, bathroom faucet loose, grimy shower, Glass was cracked and broken in art pictures on wall. Dog poo in grass, broken laundry equipment in plain view at check in. List goes on and on. This hotel should be condemned and will be contacting the City of Kamloops to do so. Hotel.com needs to vet the hotels much better and decline having these slum hotel/Inn advertised on their sites.

Poorly maintained motel

Terrible motel. Used to be a good inexpensive place to stay. It's dirty, poorly maintained, no AC and no screens on the windows. Window sills are dirty and full of dead flies.
