"Our room was a suite but we couldn't stay in it because the deck had a bees nest on it. They hired someone to capture the bees and have them removed safely. I was quite impressed with that. They moved us to another room that actually suited us better. The staff and manager were all quite accommodating."

"Newer hotel with a pretty nice location. Moxies and Shark Club attached and have room service. Rooms need a thorough deep clean, and it might be time to get rid of the jacuzzi suites its actually pretty gross. Hot tub in the pool area is also being repaired currently and that was the one thing I would've used. Overall a good experience otherwise"

"Conveniently located in the downtown core. As a historic building, it has a great deal of charm, and two separate pubs are available on premises for your dining desires. Walkable to the downtown shops, and numerous restaurants and bars. The bathrooms are small, but quaint, and the elevator is quite small and slow, so get your exercise and take the stairs!"
