"War super toll. Wir kamen erst später nach Öffnungszeiten am Hotel an. Diesen hatten uns zuvor unsere Apartment Nummer und die dazugehörige Kennzahl geschickt. So kamen wir abends ins Apartment, wo dann auch die Zimmerkarte im System steckte. Frühstück war auch super. Nettes Personal . Gerne öfters bei den Preisen"

"Wir waren bereits zum 7. Mal im Baltic Park Fort über VacationClub und bisher immer sehr zufrieden. Die Apartments waren stets sauber, die Lage an Promenade und Strand sehr gut und wir hatten schöne Kurzurlaube.
In den letzten Aufenthalten hat sich einiges verändert (u. a. keine Rezeption mehr, wechselnde Check-in-Abläufe), womit wir noch zurechtkamen. Beim vorletzten Aufenthalt gab es bereits Probleme mit unangenehmem Geruch im Zimmer (vermutlich Lüftung), der trotz Meldung nicht behoben...

"Sehr nah am Strand gelegen am Ortsrand. Dadurch etwas abseits vom Trubel, was uns gut gefallen hat. Sehr großes Appartment mit sehr großem Balkon. Gutes Frühstück - im Restaurant war es etwas laut. Große Tiefgarage direkt unterhalb der Hotelgebäude."

"Very poor customer service. Walked up to the counter — three staff members present, but no one looked at me. Uninterested demeanor. Cumbersome check-in process. Extremely poor English.
