Es ist in der Tat bedauerlich, dass unsere Mitarbeiter unfreundlich waren und Sie nicht einmal begrüßen konnten. Dies galt auch für Kellner im Restaurant, die ebenfalls nicht aufmerksam waren. Bitte entschuldigen Sie sich aufrichtig für etwaige Unannehmlichkeiten, die sich aus unseren Mängeln ergeben. Das Management hat dies ernst genommen und die Mitarbeiter in Bezug auf Kundenbetreuung und Service umgeschult. Wir erlauben einen späten späten Check-out kostenlos von 12:00 bis 16:00 Uhr nach 18:00 Uhr. Ein voller Betrag des Zimmerpreises wird berechnet, ein Grund, warum Sie 100 USD zahlen mussten. Es ist eine Richtlinie, ob das Hotel beschäftigt ist oder nicht und entschuldigen Sie sich aufrichtig, wenn Ihnen dies nicht mitgeteilt wurde.
