Not at the level I would expect of a Mövenpick. Bedding was dirty in several places. Rooms are a bit dated and the entry lock needed several goes to click. However, good storage space, decent tv, nice bathroom. Breakfast was lovely. I would give it another chance.

My overall experience was decent. The staff and the staff and people were extremely sweet. But you really need to Improve in cleanliness. Although the property is pretty old but I feel the cleanliness needs to be maintained. The sheets had stains and the washroom had mold. Apart from this the entire experience was great.

This hotel location is first class, walking distance to 7/11 (30 feet), Central 21 shopping mall, BTS station and much much more. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The only negative is you can't dine in until 11am once their buffet breakfast ends. Small inconvenience given alot of restaurants near the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

Good location although a bit of walk to the Asok BTS, 15 mins. As for the hotel staffs, wonderful people. Room a bit aged and needs refurbishment to my opinion but truly value for money
