“Maintainance is nothing. Trash can is fall down beside of swimming pool. No service.... Nothing nearby Hotel. Our families come out and move to another Hotel ”

“The reception staff was very friendly and helpful, including those staff at the morning breakfast area. The room looked well maintained with a clean shower area. But there was a leak below the wash basin which the front desk got it rectified quickly. However, the air conditioner unit was not functioning well - it did not cool the room consistently at the set temperature; temperature fluctuated between cooling and not cooling. So it did affect our sleep to some extend. A decent breakfast was...

“Cleanliness of the room need improvement. There is spider web on bathroom ceiling and dead spider found in room floor.”

“Staff not friendly. Room there was no hand face towels, buggy service is good but get in and out from buggy bit difficult for disabled people. ”

“Good experience with this hotel. Just walk by the beach, near restaurant. And have a nice coffee house. ”

“So so”

“They need to have more carparks lots for their visitors.”

“Excellent staff. Convenient location”

“Bilik agak sempit tapi berbaloi harga sebab bersih dan selesa. Ada tv,towel, selimut, sabun. Muat untuk solat depan katil Recommended.”

“Old outdated hotel. Rooms were very average. I was transferred to another room on the 06th floor on the last night of my stay as the aircon compressor spoiled. Saw 2 small cockroaches in the previous room as I was packing my stuff. The staff are helpful and friendly though. The coffee house closes earlier than scheduled. Construction going on the beach area. Most of the road side stalls were closed most of the time. Best to stay near town or jonker street area where there are more amenities,...

“The condo has a stunning ocean view, one of the best you can imagine. The apartent is very clean and cosy. During the work days, the beach and the pool are nearly empty. ”
