"This is a nice hotel in a great location in George Town. Staff was friendly and the room was clean."

"Checked in was very smooth, "Yaya" from the checked in counter was very helpful and she even call the room to check is everything ok. Breakfast spread was superb. The only setback was the pillow for my 4 nights stay, to soft, maybe hotel can invest for a better pillow, a bit firm should be nice."

Suitable for family of 5 with children. Exceed my expectation. "
