The place is semi-run down. The staff called us 3x day to try to get us to buy a timeshare. The older rooms were decent and clean but holiday inn caliber. Check in staff not helpful at all. It’s a very nice place. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. A resort hotel should be 100% operational. The boats don’t work anymore. The tram only serves two sections of the hotel. The food options are limited and of low quality for the cost. A $50 plate of pasta should never arrive at a table ...
