"Fantastic hotel in the perfect location. Rooms very clean and comfortable with wonderful views of the water and the peace memorial site. Very good value for the quality of the property. Top notch staff were super helpful. Breakfast buffet offers both Japanese and western dishes. Would definitely recommend this property and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again."

"The hotel is well located, within walking distance of the main attractions and a 15–20 minute taxi ride from the train station. Our spacious room had a panoramic city view and plenty of space for luggage. However, some areas felt a little tired, with scratched bronze switches and stained sofas detracting from the overall experience. The views from the top-floor reception were excellent, but its location was somewhat inconvenient, requiring guests to go up before returning to their rooms. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, particularly in allowing us to leave our luggage before check-in while we explored the city. In contrast, service at the hotel restaurant was disappointing. When we asked about a table after checking in, we were simply told it was fully booked, with no alternative times or nearby restaurant recommendations offered. Overall, the hotel offers a great location, spacious rooms and excellent views, but maintenance issues and inconsistent service prevented it from feeling like a truly high-end experience."
