A special mention to Sanika, who went above and beyond to arrange a lovely birthday surprise for my wife. Her thoughtful effort made the celebration extra special. "Epic breakfast buffet! Surprising only that there was no S Indian coffee offered in the breakfast. A measure of the western client focus? Rooms were great and nice views of the city and backwaters. Very helpful staff."

"Very good property, at an excellent location close to metro, Panampilly Nagar buzz, shops, restaurants etc. Stayed there for three nights. Only negative feedback I have are, which I had relayed to the front desk staff to; (a) the breakfast, though indicated as 7am start, never starts on time; live station wont be even lit until 7.30 or so. Felt that as very annoying if you are counting on completing the breakfast and get on with your day; (b) wi-fi "voucher" gets refreshed every day and you need to go and get a "voucher" slip every day from the front desk. Sometimes that is for one device, sometimes for two devices. Annoying."

"The constant power outages and inconsistent AC in the room was not enjoyable. Otherwise the food was delicious, the staff was very helpful, the property was scenic and enjoyable. The pool area needs some upgrades and the poolside service took a long time for drinks. The mattress in the room was comfortable and the house keeping staff did a good job cleaning the room everyday. Thanks"
