Brilliant hotel. Service very good. Rooms really nice and comfortable. Ideal for westerners. Would highly recommend if you are looking for somewhere to stay in Kochi city.

Good hotel in Kochi!

High quality hotel and the room is really nice. Gym has what you need but not much more. Staff is friendly and I think you have go have a moustache to work here! The info we got from the reception was not a lot, which seems to be common in india. Otherwise very friendly staff and nice hotel! The breakfast was good.

The room had a strong damp and moldy smell. To be fair the suite was large and spacious and was clean for the most part. However the AC ducts were clogged and there was mold on the wooden panels in the room.

Great place to stay at for a few nights. Staff and professional and courteous. Everything about the hotel was good except for the location. Not much to really walk to and the road in front of the hotel is dug up with Metro work. I was there in December 2024.

An exceptional hotel for the price. From the door staff, reception and all the other people working at the Luxor, our praise to you all as we had the best experience of our travels in India so far. The kitchen team and chef delivered such good food that we ate dinner on the premises on both nights of our stay. Sujth was so good in helping us with explanations regarding food and travel. And a special thank you to him! We've stayed in far more expensive hotels that have come nowhere near to delivering such professionalism at all levels. We will stay again, the next time we visit India.

We had an excellent stay at the Luxo Kochi for 4 nights in July. It's a modern property that's set just behind the main road, so a great location without all the noise. There are many shops and restaurants close by and it is only 15 minutes away from LuLu mall. The property is well maintained and the rooms are clean. The breakfast buffet had western and Indian options and the seating area was large and comfortable. My only point to mention is that a good number of the desk staff seemed to be in training or with little experience, so they often had to go to other team members for assistance. There is no concierge on duty, but they do have a partnership with a travel agency for booking tours. That being said, the staff was very polite and courteous. We were checking out early morning, and they prepared a boxed breakfast for us to take on our way out. I would stay at the Luxo Kochi again without hesitation.

Convenient location, Lobby is air conditioned which is nice for a hot place like Kochi. Good WiFi but does not work in the restaurant. Some city noise at night due to central location Staff were attentive in the hotel and restaurant And always prompt Nice rooftop pool

The hotel itself is nice. Staff are friendly and courteous. The restaurant staff were excellent. Especially Martyn. He took great care of us whilst we were there. The room was lovely. Finishing touches could have been better. Especially in the bathroom to elevate it. The gym was not as advertised. Very limited with the equipment. Swimming pool was on the roof. View was amazing. However my nephew cut his toe on the tiles in the pool. I feel as if we had to keep telling the staff what to do. Rather than them just doing their job like other hotels. It's a bit inconvenient to ask for toilet paper when the room has just been cleaned. We were asked everyday if we wanted our room serviced. It should just be serviced. The road outside of the hotel is shocking. Dirty, smelly and continuous fear of being run over. Location of the hotel is not great. Metro is being built outside so it is a building site currently.

Everything was good except refusing include breakfast with our reservation, even though I showed them that when I booked through Expedia there is breakfast included with the booking price . They charged us for breakfast during all the 4 nights of staying

Bra hotell, fräscha rum. Helt ok gym också. Poolen på taket var ett extra plus! Så skönt att kunna bada och ta det lugnt vid poolen i storstaden. Väldigt bra utbud på frukostbuffén. God mat lunch samt middag. Ca 45 minuter ifrån flygplatsen. Prisvärt hotell.
