"The hotel is very well located for rail station, castle, gardens, market and Samurai district. All very walkable. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Luggage transfer system makes travelling easier. The hotel information on where to eat was helpful. Room was small, although expected. Good value for money."

"The in-room washer and dryer were incredibly convenient and made our stay much easier especially for a multi-day trip. The staff were outstanding: friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The breakfast, however, was a bit underwhelming. The selection was fairly limited and didn’t offer much variety compared to what you might expect from a hotel of this level. That said, it wasn’t a major issue for us, as the rest of the experience more than made up for it. Overall, a very comfortable and well-run hotel with excellent service, and I would definitely stay here again."

"Friendly staff and nice room"

"My only significant problem was the laundry, which consisted of 4 or 5 small machines in a very small room with no table to put clothes on. The machines were combination washer-dryers, one of which had a "Broken" sign on it. Although the machine I used got the clothes clean, the drying phase was useless. I ran it through 3 drying cycles of 30 minutes each, but the clothes were still so damp that I had to drape them over the furniture in our room overnight."

"Lovely hotel. My wife and I just left Kanazawa as we travel through Japan and loved our stay at Daiwa Roynet Hotel. The staff were all very kind and super helpful. The room we had was great! My wife and I kept saying “we don’t want to leave this room”. It was well appointed and while cozy, it was well laid out with a very nice bathroom and dedicated tub, which my wife loved. There is a 7-11 right in the hotel building and it’s literally a 4-5 minute walk to Kanazawa station and bus stops to get you into the city. We will absolutely stay here again, on our next visit to Kanazawa. "
