After a long drive we were greeted with a warm and friendly face and the rooms are beautifully clean with a comfortable bed and nice hot shower. Perfect place to spend a night and don't rush out of Kaniva without checking out their sheep art trail!

Worth a stop, highly recommend

Great rooms, spotlessly clean and comfortable, recently completely renovated, new carpets, paint, furniture and bathroom. Very large TV in room and free wifi and complementary continental breakfast included what more could you ask for. Will definitely recommend and will stay again when passing through.

The unit struggles with conditions beyond its control. Interstate trucks run through all night creating a background noise which is irritating but not terrible.. The unit was not on a regular water supply, but management kept us adequately supplied with bottled water.

Not happy.

We did not stay here as when we went to check in we found the front desk to be very rude and not pleasant at all. One of the front staff said if I had booked on the phone and not thru Expedia we would have got it cheaper. Cost made no difference to us it was their attitude we took offence to.

Disappointed .never again

The room was clean and adequate ..been recently updated would say ..the switch for tv lights etc was poorly placed at end of bed below mattress level ..so bed had to be shoved closer to window . otherwise any movement would turn on lights ..Two teaspoons in the room was extent of the cutlery..no plates at all ..why bother with a toaster .the owner / manager was of the paranoid type .in this climate we live in .It was overpriced as well
