"When we arrived to check in at the hotel, there was already a different customer in the room. When we went back to the main lobby, we had to wait in the lobby for over an hour before the staff got us a room. They did not provide updates either. They just asked us to wait. Any update they did provide to us was provided in Japanese and they clearly knew that I could not understand Japanese. "Staff super helpful and ideally located right next to the train station for getting around and main town area about 10 minutes walk away. We did notice some areas where cleaning could be improved (some marks on bedding at the end) and rooms are quite small, but for a short visit it does whats needed, the free curry and books for reading also a nice touch!"
