“We had an amazing stay. The family room was spacious and nice. Every attraction is in walking distance, which is great since our kids 7 y.o. and 9 y.o. don’t want to walk too much. ;) The staff at The Fourt House is perfectly accomodating and made our stay even better due to their heartwarming art. The breakfast was outstanding!”

“Absolutely fabulous hotel , by far the nicest and cleanest hotel during our 14 night stay in Sri Lanka . Would love to have stayed longer”

“Check in can be faster, takes way too long for checkin”

“Tout était parfait! Ça reste un 3*** très propre! Les employés sont très sympathique! Seul problème…les tuk tuk font la loi.. impossible de contacter un Uber ”

“Talalla Retreat is marketed as a serene oceanfront wellness escape. Unfortunately, my experience did not align with that image. I prepaid for a Sea View Category Room. Upon arrival, I was shown to a room in a separate “new” building far from the sea, facing jungle greenery with a shared balcony. It did not reflect what most guests would reasonably expect from a sea view booking. When I raised this immediately, I was told there were no alternatives available. “Our stay in the garden villa was really great. It was clean and spacious with a semi outdoor bathroom. The pool area was straight in front of the ocean so you could watch the waves from your sunbed. Surf board hire was cheap with a large range of boards. Drinks were cheap and food yummy.”

“What an amazing place to stay. The views are gorgeous and staff is friendly. You will love your stay.”

“Rooms were quite clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient. The pool area is lovely and relaxing. Breakfast was just okay, enough options, but nothing particularly memorable. One thing that could definitely be improved is the cleanliness of the pool lounger mats, which were quite dirty during our stay. Overall, a decent stay with a few areas that could improve.”

“We came for a family holiday and we have all had a wonderful time. Everything was perfect.”

“Our stay was amazing, the rooftop is the best. The food is really good and prepared with care. It’s a new hotel so obviously there are teething issues like- 1-There’s a hairdryer in the bathroom but no compatible input for its plug. 2- The gym machines even though new but are not maintained or cleaned regularly. 3- The charging point behind the bed can’t be reached cause of the headboard. These can be fixed easily so other than this the rooms are spacious and spotless. Pretty kid friendly too.”

“We have just enjoyed the most wonderful holiday in Sri Lanka which was made by the beautiful hotel and fabulous staff at Coast 67 in Ahangama. A stunning setting with gorgeous, quality wooden fixtures and fittings. We stayed for 9 nights which is unusual at this time of year and settled into the rhythm of the hotel very quickly. The staff make Coast 67 the most very special of places. Kind, caring, attentive calm and funny. They are a brilliant team and big thanks go to the chefs who adapted...
