"Airport shuttle was where all the other hotel shuttles: infront of gate 4 in terminal 1. It comes once an hour. The hotel's name is not Kawasaki, it's Warehouse! They do provide some amenities, which is cool, but checkout is 10:00 AM not 11:00, they charge ¥1,000 /hr if you stay past 10:00. WiFi was OK. No useful TV channels, unless you like Japanese shopping channels, or pay per view. The rooms were clean, and the beds were ok, a bit firm. "

"When I checked-in, someone assisted me to a self check-in booth and ask me to type my full name. Because my name is long and needs a period, it took me time to enter it and did it a few times because it can’t find my booking. Then I asked the staff if there’s other way to check in, then they guided me to a person in the reception. They should have told me earlier! Anyway, the room was splendid and spacious for a standard room. I love their theme as well. Breakfast was plentiful, I was expecting a coffee maker but they don’t have one though. "

"The staff is very friendly and the hotel is right next to the Kamata station so location wise is unbeatable. Having said that, it is right next to the trains that run until midnight and restart at 4am, so you will hear the train nonstop every few minutes and by the few days you stay there have the jingle memorized. Expected just a better room layout, it was really small bad layout. I expected better beds and I know rooms are small at Tokyo, this is fourth time there but they were not the best places we've stayed. The beds are very uncomfortable, and the pillows as well could use an upgrade."

"I stayed at The Royal Park Hotel at Haneda Airport, and overall, it was a convenient but mixed experience. The biggest advantage is the location. it’s directly in Terminal 3, which makes it incredibly easy, especially for early or late flights. You really can’t beat the convenience. That said, the check-in process was mostly self-service using a machine, with very little human interaction. While it was efficient, I personally would have appreciated a bit more assistance or a warmer welcome. The room itself was quite small. It worked for a short stay, but storage was minimal, just a small open space in the wall with hangers instead of a closet. There was also no iron in the room (though I’m sure one could be requested, we were just too tired to bother). Another downside was the limited food options. Room service closed early at 9:30p and there weren’t many dining choices open in the airport at that hour, which made it a bit inconvenient. Overall, while the hotel is very practical due to its location, the experience was just okay. I might stay here again purely for the convenience, but I would also consider other options."

"The beds are SO comfy, especially after a long day of travel! The breakfast was convenient & tasty and having the train straight to Disneyland/DisneySea across the street made for an easy trip to/from the resort properties. I would definitely stay here again! "
