I booked the room for friday thru sunday knowing i was going to arriving earlier Saturday morning i didnt want to wait til 4pm to check reason i also book for Friday but got there around 2 am late Friday Saturday morning said my booking was canceled so i had to pay after i already paid

Margaritaville Hotel Kansas City
Staff was phenomenal. Room was perfectly clean. There were only 2 elevators for the entire hotel. That caused unnecessary delays. The hot water in the shower was never truly hot. Mostly like warm.
