"The staff were decent and I liked the chalet like rooms for number of people we had in the group. Each chalet had a king bed and a twin bed. That part was great. The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest nor the towels. The hot water took an hour to come through the shower and one of the rooms wouldn’t drain water (they did accommodate to shower in another room). "Hotel is only 200 meters away from railway station and right besides the highway. So many food options are available nearby. Hotel rooms were very clean. Interiors were in perfect condition. Staff specifically manager Mr John was very much approachable and took care of our requests nicely. Thanks to expedia for this good offer."

"Me and my wife had to checkout of the hotel because the hotel did not meet the standards mentioned at Hotels.com. Bathroom and beds were dirty with spots and spit on walls. It was a “smoking” room and I could smell the smoke and saw the ashtray. I did not stay in the hotel and request for a FULL REFUND ASAP !!! "
