We stayed for three days and really enjoyed our time here. The view was beautiful, especially watching the sunrise right from our room window. The location was excellent, close to the water and all the major attractions and activities.
The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, the laundry service was convenient, and the staff was warm and welcoming. We also really enjoyed the food, both breakfast and dinner were excellent.
There were a couple of areas that could use improvement. The Wi-Fi was patchy and unreliable most times. More importantly, the front desk staff seemed to have very limited knowledge of local attractions, activities, transportation, and other useful information. Whenever we had questions, we often found it easier to look things up ourselves or ask people outside the hotel. It would have made a real difference if the staff could offer better local guidance and recommendations, especially for guests visiting the area for the first time.
Overall, we had a lovely stay. The beautiful views, great location, comfortable rooms, and good food made it a very enjoyable experience. With more reliable Wi-Fi and better-informed front desk staff, this could be an even better place to stay.
