"It was a very nice stay. The hotel staff was helpful. My only bad experience was the coffee and tea served at breakfast. I tried your breakfast on my first morning. I don't think I have ever had worse coffee than what you served there. The tea selection was also very cheap. Because of the coffee experience, I decided to have breakfast elsewhere for the rest of my stay."

It was in yhe ceiling (photo attached) 2- No wifi given 3- no tv was at the room although it says in the hooking that there is a tv. 4- towels are so old and could not even use them! "The hotel was fine. Had all you need and dining staff was great. The images are misleading. The view from the steam room biológico is photoshopped. The view from pool and other steam room are also not accurate. The views make it seem isolated but it is in a busy area with lots of hotels restaurants and houses. Great for convenience to the slopes but misleading in photos. Also be away no one under 16 is allowed in the heated outdoor pool or the saunas imaged. They have a basement level pool with cool water and a nice spa attached but not with the views. It was my son’s 13th birthday and he selected the hotel to enjoy the view of the mountains from the pool and sauna. Nice accommodation and restaurant, just misleading images. "
