"This was my 2nd stay at this hotel this year. The staff at all the restaurants were exceptional. Rooms got cleaned in a timely fashion. Whatever I needed was either a phone call to the reception away or flagging a staff member away. I will be back. Thank you for everything."

"Luxury Inn in name only. Positives: friendly staff, strong hot water and pressure, comfortable bed, reliable cold AC. Half-truths: the “lush green” outdoor photo is outdated; the area is dry and dirty. The “continental” breakfast is paratha and egg every day, which is repetitive for a two-week stay. Negatives: constant noise from a nearby train, stray cats, and a mosque with extended early morning and evening prayers made full sleep impossible. The internet was unreliable. Room 102 should be avoided—its exterior window and proximity to reception amplify noise. Overall, the property feels neglected: worn furnishings, stained linens, no housekeeping in two weeks. Internet issues were dismissed as “the government.” The prevailing impression is indifference to guest experience, delivered politely."
