โIt's better than expectation. All staffs were kind and have good attitude. They are real hoteliers. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast in the restaurant was also great and host was very kind. Not hard to walk to hotel. It's very close to Taxsim Square, takes only about 5 minutes by walking.โ
โThe breakfast was ample and varied, the shower was powerful, the ac was sufficient and cool and the housekeeping was done daily to a high standard. Also the staff were very helpful and approachable, we had 2 taxis arranged by them and the airport rate was good,looking for a nice hotel then this won't disappoint as location is central and access to public transport was close by with many shops and restaurants on the doorstep, thankyou brothers for your hospitality!โ
โI want to say thank you to Mr Omer, hotel manager. He is very kind and handsome(!). Hotel location is 100% perfect, just takes 5min from Taksim and Ikticlhal view room also nice. The building is old traditional but remodeled. Recommended.โ
โThis was a lovely hotel with excellent and well trained staff. Especially Abdullah who was most helpful at all times. However, I stayed in a room without a window. Only found out when we checked in but that's fine as the place was mainly to crash at night. Overall, an excellent place to stay.โ

Although I came to the hotel late night, I was impressed with the very friendly reception of the staff who I have found to be very polite and willing to do everything that would make the guest comfortable. From helping with the baggage at the time of checking in or out to finding a taxi and everything I need as guest, the assistance and attention I received was exemplary. โ
