“This is not a luxury hotel but the service and the attention to the customer needs is higher than a 5 star. So many small attention that you cannot find in other place. Just one small suggestion. You have great food, don’t try to give mistaked plate to your customer.”

Communication could be improved (better level of English would help) and there was some building work going on (noisy by the pool most days and view of building site). Really enjoyed my stay nevertheless.”
