Great location, can walk to so many things. My only suggestion is if you book ask about booking parking there. They also have a sister hotel called the Conrad. Love how they got their name too.

A bit rustic, but right in the middle of nice walking street. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Varied breakfast options with snacks available for early supper which came in handy. No AC if considering staying when temperatures are very high. They have fans avail and windows open widely.

The facility is old, but in fairly good shape. The hotel lobby is on the third floor, which is not obvious when coming in the front door. There is an elevator right near the door that can take you to reception and the rooms, which are on the 3rd and fourth floors. There is no air conditioning in the rooms. It was quite warm in the afternoon, but with the windows opened and the fan provided by the hotel turned on, it was OK for sleeping. Mila, at the desk, was very friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel is adjacent to the main walking street where there is a variety of sites, shops and restaurants. Street parking is free on weekends in Karlskrona.

Central hotel in Karlskrona

2 days visit in Karlskrona. Very central hotel. Missed AC in the room, but the room was big, and also nice view over the roofs. A bar would have been nice, but since its very central, bars just around the corner. The staff is very serviceminded and nice. Book your parking when booking room, otherwise a bit of walking.

Personal sehr freundlich. Hatte ein Einzelzimmer, Bad war ziemlich klein, aber alles top-sauber. Frühstück ist ordentlich, gibt auch tagsüber Kaffee. Tee, Gebäck oder Obst. Zeitweise in der Woche auch kleines Abendessen. Fand ich nach einem langen, kalten Tag genial - Suppe war sehr lecker. Da ich am Wochenende schon vor dem Frühstück weg musste, hat man mir eine kleine Frühstückstüte sehr liebevoll fertiggemacht! Danke.

Vi hade bokat Aston, men blev flyttade till Conrad. Rummet var suveränt fint, stort och rymligt. Vi bokar ofta deluxerum med bäddsoffa pga att vi båda snarkar. Bäddsoffan var något av det mest obekväma jag sovit i, hur man än låg så kände man fjädringen och metallbalkarna. Frukosten var okej, men pannkakorna var kalla och kaffet var ljummet. Ingen överväldigande frukost, men inte heller dåligt. Hotellet är rent och fräscht och har ett bra läge. Matsalen är inte den mest mysiga. Personalen är trevlig, hjälpsam och omtänksam.
