Lækkert hotel med utrolig søde medarbejdere. Der blev ikke støvsuget dagligt ifm housekeeping, hvilket der var behov for. Poolområdet var for småt ifm mængden af gæster. Legerummet for børn, var koldt og fugtigt og slet ikke indbydende som på billederne. Lidt ærgerligt. Men generelt et lækkert hotel med søde medarbejdere. Men der er plads til lidt forbedringer.

Schönes Hotel an guter Lage. In Fussnähe zum Zentrum. Saubere Zimmer, geräumig, allerdings sehr kleines zweites Doppelbett -eigentlich nur für eine Person statt zwei. Personal eher erschwerend als hilfreich. Bademantel am Pool wurde mitsamt Autoschlüsseln drin schlichtweg entsorgt. Um diesen zurückzubekommen, musste man durch die Hölle gehen, allerdings kam der Autoschlüssel dann auch nur defekt zurück. Gegenstände, die an der Rezeption zur Verwahrung abgegeben wurden, wurden nicht zurückerstattet. Auch auf Nachfrage hiess es, dass nichts da sein. Zuhause angekommen haben wir gemerkt dass ein Gegenstand wirklich noch fehlt. Plötzlich hat das Hotel diesen dann doch gehabt aber schickt es nur gegen Gebühr zurück. Alles in allem nicht sehr kundenfreundlich. Restaurant im Hotel mit Kindern kaum zu gebrauchen und überteuert. Poolbereich sehr schön. Kidsclub im Keller, Animation dürftig und Raum an sich ein Chaos und nicht einladend. Das Hotel wird dem Namen Mövenpick nicht gerecht.
