G'day David and thank you for taking the time to leave a review. It is true that maintenance is lacking. The biggest problem Pilbara businesses have suffered for since the start of COVID is a critical shortage of staff. This park alone is short 1 receptionist, 2 housekeepers, an assistant manager and 3 grounds and maintenance staff. We do our best with limited resources. When we engage local contractors they too are short staffed and wait times are in the months, not days, not weeks but months. Now that the borders are reopening we are hopeful to see a return of workers. The cost of living is extremely high in Karratha, double that of some capital cities. We appreciate your understanding during this unprecedented time.

We’re glad you liked your stay but are sorry to read there were some troubles with your cabin. We investigated the fridge and found nothing wrong with it and haven't received a complaint about it since. We have an after hours number which is contactable 24 hours for your convenience. Company policy dictates that the pool close at the same time as reception however the management staff you believe are so difficult to deal with give up 90 minutes of their personal time every night to keep it open until the sunsets which is the time dictated to us by the relevant authorities.
