“Nice room, but the external key is tricky”

“Offered refund not via Expedia account but asked to provide my card details which is illegal. Refund was for broken shower which prevented to have it. No dishwashing liquid despite sponge and cooking facilities provided. Dirty mug, which obviously was there for a while. No hairdryer. This was my mistake to book here! Do not recommend”

“Everything was perfect! Definitely the hotel to stay whenever I come to Riga from now on ”

“If you are looking for an air-conditioned hotel especially for the summer season, I highly recommend this hotel. They may guarantee a comfortable night's stay.”

“One of the best hotel experience I've had in a while. The location of the hotel is a huge plus, being so close to many important historic sites of beautiful Riga old town. Food is wonderful and the cigar bar is very classy. I didn't get a chance to experience their complementary spa service, but I plan on revisiting Grand Palace Hotel again.”

“The room was very clean and the lotto’s close to everything.”

“Excelente opción en Riga. El desayuno un 10! Muy buena atención y la ubicación es perfecta.”

“We loved our stay here. The room was large and comfortable with air conditioning. The bathtub and shower combination was a bit awkward as it was very narrow and had a large window next it. Customer service was great.”
