Staff was very helpful. I had an issue with my leg so they upgraded us to a room that had less stairs. Only issue I have with these hotels is they have lots of stairs other than that views and room was amazing.

Our stay was wonderful. We had two nights in the treehouse and it was amazing. The view was great from our private balcony. The staff was very helpful. They helped carry our bags up and down the what seemed like 100 stairs but it was so worth it because the property is right on the cliff side overlooking the sea. The breakfast was delicious and the à la carte dinner was great too. We had a slight issue with the AC our first night but the staff just moved us over to the next room no problem. I highly recommend staying here.

Just an unbeatable location and view even if the steps down are a killer. The pool area needs some work on the decking areas, but the pool was fine. Needs some work and updating, considering the cost of the room. Staff are really lovely.

Odanın manzarası süperdi. Çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi yardımcı olmaya çalıştılar. Ancak 120 basamak merdiven inip çıkmak gerekiyordu odaya ulaşmak için . Yaşlı çocuklu hasta ve kilolu insanlar o merdivenden inmez. Odada terlik yoktu yerler mermer ve ayakkabınızı çıkarıp mermerde gezmek istemiyorsanız terliğinizi yanınıza götürün.

Mandalina Luxury Suits otelinde konaklamaktan gerçekten çok keyif aldık. Mekânın atmosferi, odaların konforu, genel temizlik, lezzetli yemekler ve çalışanların güler yüzlü hizmeti bizi çok memnun etti. Özellikle personelin ilgisi tatilimizi çok daha güzel hale getirdi. Küçük bir not olarak; balkon kısmında dışarıya bakan levhaların biraz kirli olması ve jakuzinin yanında boş şişelerin durması göze çarpıyordu. Bunlar dışında her şey çok güzeldi, gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederiz.
