The hotel will send you an email with an entry code to get into the lobby. Once inside, there's a tablet you use to check in. After you snap a photo of your passport, you get connected to the hotel staff via video call to verify your identity. Then you will get your room code on the screen. Take a picture of your room code with your phone. The hotel is very roomy and very close to the station. "Room was spacious. Onsen was good. Great dinner at restaurant nearby. Staff is not 24-7 at the hotel. Self check-in and check-out at the machine, everything is self-served.
Enjoyed quiet environment at the hotel for 2 nights. Good for refreshing trip."

"Clean and spacious room.
Staff were helpful and welcoming.
Parking was free and good enough. Need to contact staff when the main parking lot was full though.
Buffer dinner and breakfast were excellent. But during golden week, there were a lot of guests and a bit crowded.
The attractions were excellent but sparse and so the area was better to visit with your own car.
During golden week, dinner and breakfast were not optional and that costed more than other period."
