Dear Michael, Please be informed that we are extremely sorry to hear from you that something happen with your luggage. As you mentions on your writing that there was someone replace your headphone and try to used your laptop which is not happen in our Hotel. As we kept your luggage in our steerage room and this room is locked and kept the key in our receptions. I make a meeting with my all staff available during that time and investigate myself but no one go and opened the bags. We are more than 10 year in this business and so far there was no any such complaint received and this is the first complaint i received. We are always keeping the TOP priority to our guest and their belongings kept in our storage. In future you can give separately to your valuable things to keep in our locker. We have 3 socket in every room but unfortunately you didn't got socket which is very miserable for us. If you ask us about this at that time, we could show you another socket in your room. Regarding the room clean, in our hotel there is room clean tag and we always as our guest whether they want room clean. When the guest give key to reception, our front desk office always ask whether room clean is necessary. So, we are very sorry for this issue. We have buffet breakfast everyday and if some day not buffet then we provide Ala cart which is an American and continental but you wrote you just just instant coffee which is strange for us. Anyway, we are very serious after your negative comment and we already set everything from socket to breakfast. Regarding the room clean we have put the room clean tag and we almost ask with everyone to take permission of room clean. Thanks and if you give us another chance we won't disappoint you. Normally, the driver speak normal English because they don't have that much higher study. But our driver speak good English but sometime we have to hire a car from agency so we are sorry for Driver. We always use private car which is much expensive than local taxi and the service is also better thank local taxi so the private car is bit expensive.
