โBeautiful hotel. Great service. Conveniently located by taxi approximately 20 min to Palma city center. Plenty of restaurants and cafes on strip you can walk. Restaurant in hotel is delicious. Breakfast buffet is amazing. Beach front property- but no beach lounge chairs that belong to hotel- you need to rent them separately. โ
โAbsolutely spotless hotel, staff outstanding and go above and beyond for you. Pool area lovely, and the general feel of the hotel is beautiful. The location is great and we would definitely recommend and will be back for sure! โ

โThe best of the Hotel is definetely the staff. Always friendly, helpful and guest-oriented. The apartments are very okay, mantained well and clean. The beds were also comfy. A few tiles were damaged in the room. The fridge or other things were very used. The breakfast and dinner buffet was okay, but very repetitive with some exceptions. Sometimes the paella rice was somewhat raw (not completely cooked). There was for breakfast a good variety of fruits. However, there is onyl coffee from...
โAlthough there us some room for improvements, such as the entertainment team could do more activities including some within the pool.
Amazing focus on Kids at the hotel and it ensures they are kept entertained.
Rooms where large and consisted of 2 sections making it a 1 room appartment almost. Showers are great.
Food is adequate, as well as the service. Everyone was very polite.
Location is good too, only a short walk to the beach *5mins*
