“It was a quiet period and as it was a big anniversary we got upgraded to pool view. Breakfast fabulous, but spacing of tables meant it was quite a trek back and forth to buffet. Trays would have helped. No showers near pools 2 & 3 and nothing at the beach side garden. Coast is rocky - not sure we appreciated that from hotel info & therefore had to access.”

“Not long back after a one week stay at this hotel, and we miss it already! The staff, facilities and food are all wonderful. The staff and housekeeping really go above and beyond to help make your stay home away from home. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful. “Staff were very attentive and helpful at all times. Breakfast well stocked and varied for even a fussy eater like me. The outdoor and indoor pools were clean and deck chairs and areas all clean and well looked after. Very good standard of cleanliness in main part. The room we had had very good amenities and was spacious. They do need updating as the bathroom was tired looking and the bedroom furniture. Lounge area of room had modern furniture. “위치는 주변 볼거리와 쇼핑센터가 가까이 있어서 훌륭합니다. 인터넷이 로비에서만 무료인데 이 또한 너무 느려 사용이 거의 불가능한 점이 아쉬우며 주변의 다른 호텔과 달리 방에서 사용하려면 추가 비용을 내야하는 점이 부담스럽다. 리셉션리스트들은 친절한 반면 저녁식사시 식당에서 일하는 분들은 불친절해 기분이 언잖았다. 특히 여자분들은 손님을 응대하는 태도가 매우 불쾌했다.”

“Great hotel with super friendly staff in a great location, handy for the harbour, shops and restaurants. We were asked to move rooms after two nights and were compensated with half board for the rest of our stay. Lovely clean pool - sunbeds a bit uncomfortable and you need your own towels - but a minor issue really. ”
