“Our first day is quite bad as they gave us a room that is not as im expecting from the photo advetisement... after i complained they moved as to a nicer rooom which makes me happy and comfortable. Its an all inclusive hotel ...food are always same everyday so i have to skip the dining most of the times and eat outside... anyways i still enjoyed my holiday ... great place to relax”

“Super Hotel, eine reine Wohlfühloase! Die Lage ist nur etwas abgelegen und man kann in der Umgebung nicht viel unternehmen, es gibt nur ein Bus der in die Stadt nach Chania fährt. Die Fahrt nach Rethymno dauert zum Beispiel 2 1/2 Stunden. Mietwagen für Unternehmungen ist ein absolutes muss. Ansonsten das Hotel sehr sauber, freundlich und leckeres Essen!”

“Hotel was secluded away centers of activity, restaurants, shops etc. That suited us. Booked private pool area which was great. Some entertainment at night - good. Staff provided some classes during the day such as Olive tasting, really good. Some light exercise classes during the day. Variety of food - excellent. All staff very helpful and friendly. Used hotel taxi a few times. Same man very helpful & loads of local information.”

“The service is excellent. The property is recently refurbished and the freshness of interior and exterior design shine through. The food is decent and there is a good variety. Snack bars operating through out day time with kids favorite food. We really liked this facility. The beach is in the property as well, meaning it's accessible through out the day. ”

The hotel has two beautiful outdoor pools: one for children with fun water slides, and a large one for adults, ideal for relaxing and swimming. The breakfast and dinner buffet were also fantastic, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options every day. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a great hotel experience!”
