Awesome staff!!

We were delayed with the recent flight cancellations and the hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure we could check in later than normal, sent updates for us and couldn’t be more friendlier upon arrival. Great stay at the hotel and breakfast to match!

My Accommodation was not like the advertisement, the room was too small, I did not get any room service or room cleaning, the room was so cold and with no heat system, they refuse to keep my breakfast or deliver to room, really it was un comfortable stay ..

Sad to say not as good as it used to be

One of my go to places when in town but unfortunately I feel it wasn’t quite what is used to be. The breakfast for sure was a disappointment. During check-in I was asked when I was planning to have my breakfast to ensure no waste of food, which is great, but when I got there at said time, 45 minutes before end of service as requested, there were barely any food to choose between. To be fair the girl working there made me more coffee when I asked and also told me to let her know in case I was missing something, which was so much I felt bad having to ask for it all. After all, it’s a hotel that offers breakfast so in my opinion there should be at least a little bit of everything left.

Vi bodde en natt i ett familjerum. Första intrycket var bra med en fräsch och nyrenoverad lobby i ljus, kontinental stensnitt. Men där upphörde det positiva. Hotellet i övrigt kändes väldigt slitet med märkliga, improviserade reparationer i korridorerna. ​Rummet var extremt varmt, och de utställda fläktarna hjälpte marginellt. Planlösningen var under all kritik; bäddsoffan var placerad direkt bredvid trappan till entrédörren. Det fanns även ett "extrarum" för en extrasäng som helt saknade inredning och lystes upp av en obehaglig förrådslampa. Takhöjden i halva rummet var knappt 180 cm. I den öppna delen var det högre, men de frilagda takbjälkarna var en ren säkerhetsrisk i mörkret under nattliga toalettbesök. ​Huvudnumret var dock badrummet – en kaklad kattvind under snedtak med en maxhöjd på 175 cm. Det saknades helt handdukskrokar (något man kan tycka att de enkelt borde ha kunnat sätta upp) och det fanns bara en svag lampa över handfatet. Längst in i mörkret, tre meter in, fanns duschen. Att duscha krävde att man antingen stod på knä eller stod som Ringaren i Notre Dame. ​Frukosten var bristfällig. Utbudet var okej, men påfyllningen var seg och det fanns totalt bara en enda barnstol. ​Priset var alldeles för högt för denna standard. Vi kommer inte att bo här igen.

Vi har haft 2 fantastiska nätter, en skön dubbelsäng & en bäddsoffa som vår tonåring sov i :) vi hade 2 rum 2 toaletter & en dusch. Rymligt! Vi spelade biljard på kvällen, gratis kaffe & kaka. Smaskiga godisar vid receptionen. God frukost så dagen startade bra. Parkering rymlig & gratis. Trevlig personal. Vi kommer tbx.
