"Hotel is located on a hill overlooking the valley - wonderful sunrise views. Property is well maintained and rooms/bathrooms well appointed. One issue for us - we may have been placed into an accessible room - the bathroom light was tied to the door of the bathroom opening - there was no way to control the light other than the door (I asked). If you use the bathroom at night, and do not want the light to come on - you had to pull your key out of the main switch at the wall which cut all power...

"Excellent breakfast and evening meals. Lovely rooms, views and staff. Only small negatives are no lift, tea and coffee not available in rooms and pathway to hotel entrance difficult to wheel suitcases. Wouldn't let any of those things stop us staying again, it was lovely. "

Short driving distances to supermarket and downtown Haguenau. Easy access to highway towards Strasbourg or Germany."

"Very friendly host. Thank you for your hospitality. We stayed at the family room that consist of parents room and separate room for children. It was very spacious, clean and with many toys for my son. The property is 11 mins away from Strasbourg on a train which made it an ideal plays to stay for Christmas experience "
