"Horrible smell in the room, the door in the shower is rotten with mold. Constant noise from outside, uncomfortable bed, wouldn’t recommend at any cost ."

"It is NOT a smoke free hotel, hence, one can smell smoke every where. Clean and large rooms. Noise and sound insulation is a problem."

"Normal clean. Sofa has cigarette holes. Table was also stained. Very convenient kitchen. The traffic on front road makes the rooms not peaceful "

"Spacious rooms and large beds. Noisy room due to roof construction works opposite our room. View is horrible and looks over a factory and storage silos. Area is part of the port and isolated from the rest of the city. Staff require extensive training in client relations. We asked the receptionist to give us another room butno responce from her. Although the hotel has a covered auto park, they forced us to park on the main street because we refused to valet park the by a hotel staff. It was a rental and we didn't want any damage on the car."

"Breakfast was great but we were surprised we had to pay extra for the breakfast. I found this disappointing when other hotels we stayed at breakfast was in the the price. The other disappointing thing I found was wi-fi was very limited in time. For God sake 🙏 fix these two problems so I and other future customers can give you five star rating."
