“This place was a pigsty both inside and outside. There is broken furniture and crap everywhere. The kitchen benchtops were all cut and damaged. It was more a mens hostel than a backpackers. The room I was given was dirty, and the toilet had been used. There were hairs in the sink and ants crawling on me in my bed. There was no blanket. I had to use the second bath towel for warmth. “This is the 5th time we have stayed at Aquarius Kawana and we have always been very happy with the venue. We will be back.”

“Unit was very good. Perfectly clean and as described. Wifi details in folder did not match - modem had clearly been updated. Pool and complex facilities well maintained. Check in instructions pretty poor. Much more detail could be given to make the process easier, particularly around accessing gated areas, parking and locating the unit. ”
