"It was absolutely horrible I wasn't even there an hour and I was asked to leave because I wanted clean bedding The housekeeper that didn't even really speak English was upset that I wanted clean bedding because I even took pictures of the bed somebody had slept in it and it was made up dirty and she wanted to argue and didn't want to give me clean linen so the hotel manager told me this was all on camera which it wasn't it was in my room and that I needed to leave or she was going to call the cops and she kept my money"

"The overall stay was nice, staff was great. My only complaint is the shower is very loud. And can hear the neighboring rooms when they shower also. We were close to the street and the it was not sound proof as stated. "

"We didnt realize this was a pet friendly hotel...when we got to the second floor it immediately smelled like dog pee. I was concerned. When we got in our room, it smelled heavily of Fabuloso or other cleaning products, which made us feel like there had been a pet accident in our room. I am sensitive to heavy synthetic fragrances, I had to get out of the room. We had to have the window open for a few hours even though it was warm outside. It eventually got better. The last day when we sat by the pool, its a small area & smelled so bad of dog poop. Not a lot of places you can leave to... Staff was friendly, breakfast was great, but the pet stuff wasnt fun."
