Location perfect

Amazing hotel in a great location in Kayseri. Clean, and good service from the staff and the food in the Sushi restaurant is as superb! The one negative was that the heating was permanently on and the windows only opened a little, so the room was way way way too hot and uncomfortable!

We stayed in the kings suite. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Even though we had some minor issues with the room phone system and the music from upstairs, they took care of it right away. The hospitality was incredible.

I recently stayed at the Wyndham Grand Kayseri hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. The bed was great, providing a comfortable night's sleep. The only downside was the restaurant, where the prices were quite expensive. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and comfortable accommodations.

Great Stay at the Wyndham

We stayed 3 nights at the Grand Wyndham Kayseri and we really enjoyed our stay, the hotel is very nice, great location, the bedroom is spacious. The staff were friendly, free parking, free use of the swimming pool. Only complain is that the price of drinks at the roof top bar are excessive… 11 euros for a small bottle of water and a tea!!!...Be aware that Hotels.com advertises this hotel as being on the doorstep of the ski slopes, and that isn’t true, Erciyes Ski resort is 25 min away by car and the hotel offers a shuttle service too.

If you have a dust allergy, you shouldn't stay at this hotel. The floor is fully covered with carpet that has a bad odor. The air conditioning wasn't functioning. We asked the receptionist to send a technician three times and even requested to move to another room with a working AC, but they didn't accommodate us. One positive point is that the room is spacious. The bathroom is also spacious, with fresh towels, toiletries, a hair dryer, and even an iron and ironing board. Additionally, there is free parking.

The rooms are very old and gloomy, the lighting is very bad, it is impossible to sit on the terrace furniture, there are no cushions, I wanted to drink tea in the lobby but it is impossible, we hung out in the tea gardens in the park :)), the floor staff is helpful, the hotel is central. Oh, and I think I sent more than enough money for the minibar product that fell behind the cabinet and I don't know what it was. We stayed for 1 day and immediately moved to another hotel, unfortunately it does not appeal to everyone. It does not match the brand.

Okay-ish hotel, family room terribly small

Okay-ish hotel - nothing great at all, except the facilities. Front desk staff aren't very welcoming or polite - they just do the check-in and don't volunteer any additional information, until asked. Family room - shockingly small! Had to call Reception and remind (despite requesting in-person earlier) about bed for kids which should have been included & prepared. Also, it is a make-shift bed, not a sofa bed. Not comfortable at all, just 2 things put together and there is absolutely no room to walk! For a night, you can put up with this but not ideal at all as it wasn't a family room. Indoor pool and facilities are absolutely amazing though. The only plus-side is its location - right next to market, shopping centre and amenities. Apart from that, nothing great at all.
