"The room was dirty. The doors didn’t latch properly, the bar to hang our coats fell to the ground. The pool had caution tape around it, and there were floating pieces in it, but it WAS open- the front desk explained. The elephants eye is closed. It looks nothing like the pictures posted on this website/app. "

"Our stay went well, check-in was quick, room was clean. We checked out mid-morning the next day. Early afternoon my daughter realized she had left her headphones at the motel. She knew the exact location in the room where they were. I immediately called the motel. I spoke with a front desk clerk, who checked with housekeeping and assured me they weren't found. We pulled off the interstate and searched all our bags, no headphones. I called back and asked for an update and asked them to check again. They told me they would let me know by 6pm when laundry was done. I called again at 6:15pm and no headphones were found. I don't think we will return to this location. "
