This hotel has so much potential if they renovate a bit, it stands at a low-income country quality, more a 3-star than a 4. I guess it was amazing at his peak back in the days. Staff is super nice and welcoming. The room are okay, outdated but comfortable, except the pillows that are cheap. No bugs. ...

The rooms are super nice and you get buggy transporation around the resort. Staff are nice and helpful! Service at the hotel pool is slow and I would expect better facilities and more things to do/entertainment within the resort.
