Sadly poor on many counts
Dated rooms, 1st room had old stained towels and stained blankets, no heating - cold. Changed room heating worked but not very well. Dining experience for breakfast and dinner chaotic. Staff really tried, but too few to cope. Some organisational issues? Lots of other guests unhappy. I was embarrased ...
