"The room itself was appalling and though it was advertised as having a kind and a twin bed, we had to request for the twin bed, which was a stretcher at best. The property itself was musty and reeked. The only good thing was the free breakfast and the friendly staff. Would not recommend staying here."

I booked at the price of 1150 and they told that they won't give me the room for that money and I have to pay 1600.i tried to contact hotels.com and couldn't find any numbers to contact.
