Can’t fault the hotel, as an out of town hotel it has everything. Nice pool, great varying food, gym, and evening entertainment. The staff are so kind and helpful. All of them are always so happy and full of enthusiasm. Honestly can’t thank them enough.

This hotel has 5 star staff in in a 3/4 star setting. The room was spacious and very clean with a comfortable bed but the sea view room should have been described as a side sea view. The breakfast was typical of a package hotel with hard working but disorganised staff. The main swimming pool was excellent and easily the highlight of our stay. We felt secure with the lifeguard Niki who was friendly and very welcoming. The hotel gardens are extensive and well kept. The greeting from Christina on Reception was warm and informative but the departure with another reception college was remarkable in its efficiency with zero interest in our weeks stay. One aspect of the 5 star hotel we found disappointing was that not all guests received drinking water without extra payment!

The staff were wonderful and the pool area was very nice. They had lots of chairs & the pool bar served up cold & delicious drinks. We also ate at the pool restaurant and everything was good. We had a small issue and it was rectified immediately Thank you so much and I would recommend this hotel to others. Thank you

Great stay!

Beautiful property. Away from the town, yet only 5 minutes away, which made it perfect. It was very clean and the room comfortable. The beds not so soft but it could be dealt with. Not all the staff was very friendly but those that were made up for everyone else. The spa was small but really good. Venia and Eli were great and so attentive to our needs. They do not offer hair services but when I told Vania I had a wedding to attend, she went above and beyond to make sure to do my hair. Overall I would give a 9 out of 10 and would definitely stay here again! Thank you to the staff that made our stay so great!!!

The site is picture perfect. It’s built into a cliff above the sea, and the rooms face the morning sun, rising above the water. The property is terraced: every room has a view. This is not a hotel I would recommend to anyone with mobility issues. I asked for a room which was more accessible, due to health issues. Our room was on the “ground floor”/top of our terraced building. 4 flights of stairs down to the pool- the sea is farther down a long incline. 3 flights of stairs up for meals. The staff has golf carts for luggage, and I don’t know if they would have picked us up and driven us to the next terrace up, but we never saw them idle, so we did not ask. The resort seems to attract mostly British tourists, and breakfast is always a British breakfast. The Greek food was great, and there’s a station with fries and grilled meat for picky eaters every day. The staff that ran pool activities did such a great job of getting people of all ages to participate in games and activities. Getting whole families to do the same thing takes a special skill!

The staff at the Apostolata are fantastic! They really made our stay a complete pleasure. Always warm, friendly, and professional throughout. The food was wonderful and the access to the sea at the bottom of the resort was a real treat!

The resort is amazing, unbeatable view from room, restaurants and also from the pool. Sufficient sun lounges, great pool bar and cafe. Good quality food but not enough choices if you're staying more than a week. Extremely friendly and helpful staffs, especially Nik, Katerina, Lena and Kostas. Definitely will go back.

Staff were very friendly and always helpful, the location was peaceful and safe. The property we stayed in had a great view and was very spacious however the jacuzzi was broken, there were a lot of insects in the apartment coming from the wall at the balcony and the lounge area sofas were uncomfortable. Overall enjoyed my stay and would come back!

All staff were really nice and attentive. However the hotel is not fit for 5 star at all, rooms are dirty and outdated and not cleaned as regularly as they should. Breakfast is terrible presented with cheap quality food and not much choice at all.over all the hotel is not adequate to deal with so many people and needs a serious revamp. A low 3 star!

The pool bar and reception staff were friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. The pool area was clean but the sun beds had seen better days and could do with replacing. Dinner was just standard offerings, and breakfast the same - it did the job- re-fuelled you but with no real enjoyment. Rooms need an overhaul, tired decor and stained lamps, aircon pumped out a weird smell and bathroom flooded on day one. Shuttle bus to Skala was great and the golf buggy option was ideal for anyone who struggles with lots of steps. Will I be returning? It’s a no from me.

Family holiday. Booked the suite with private pool. Condition of hotel a little tired in parts. We had half board and the food was very mediocre. Beds were hard. They seem unable to provide bespoke hotel services (minibar stocking as a challenge, room service cost €10 per person even though breakfast was included in our stay) as this is largely an all inclusive property. It’s a little out of town and taxis are occasionally difficult to book so the hotel should provide better shuttle services. Gym is pretty inadequate and they still have a 4 person maximum capacity. Why? Pool area is great and Konstantinos at the pool bar excellent. This is a 3+ star hotel at most in my view.

Sulla struttura, quasi, nulla da dire. Bellissima location, unico handicap la mancanza di una spiaggia. La struttura ben articolata e la piscina è molto bella. La pulizia sia della struttura che della camera andrebbe migliorata, stiamo parlando di un resort 4 stelle. In camera abbiamo avuto una difficoltà, di pulizia, ed è stata risolta prontamente, le lenzuola, in una settimana di soggiorno, non sono state mai cambiate, le asciugamani quando ce n’era bisogno. Sul personale nulla da dire, sempre disponibile e gentilissimo, però da un hotel di questo calibro, mi aspetto che l’italiano venga, quantomeno capito. La colazione, sebbene, sufficiente e varia è stata monotona, troppo. Per quanto riguarda il cibo in generale, da un 4 stelle ti aspetti di più. Per ultimo il pagamento delle cose extra: il resoconto di expedia mi dava da pagare, in struttura, 70 euro per la tassa di soggiorno, invece ho pagato 105 euro! Infine vorrei segnalare il pagamento extra del cestino sostitutivo del pranzo, che tra l’altro è stato vergognoso. In qualunque hotel sia stato non ho mai pagato il cestino, proprio perché “sostitutivo”.
