“All very very good but... No towels when we arrived, we were looking forward to use the facilities but swimming pool area was packed , some people had 2 or 3 towels per head and we waited and waited but nothing. they were meant to be complimentary. disappointing. Also no room service after some point. we run out of water ( only 2 small 500ml bottles in the room) on a very hot day it was simply not enough. We asked room service for some more, they said no. And instead I had to go all the way...

“- Staff were all lovely. - Breakfast was great, full English, pastries, pancakes, melon, yoghurt, eggs to order, cereal. - Pool was incredible over 25 meters. Sun loungers were very comfy. - Food and drinks were delicious. Dinner menu could have had more traditional Greek food though, we ate out a lot because of this. - Great location 20mins from airport, 50mins from Sami. 5min walk to an okay beach. - rooms were modern well kept and comfy,”

“Es gab sehr motivierte Mitarbeiter aber leider auch einige von denen man das Gefühl hatte das sie extra wegschauen… vor allem oben an der Rezeption / Bar und Restaurant. Zimmer waren einigermaßen geputzt leider fand ich immer wieder die langen Haare unseres Zimmermädchen in unserem Zimmer . Mein Mann und ich haben kurze Haare…. Weite Wege waren manchmal ein Nachteil … Frühstück empfanden wir für ein 5 Sterne Hotel sehr einfallslos … kein Lachs , Obst war hart bzw. nicht reif … einfach langweilig”
